Counselling Services
I work with adults and adolescents experiencing relationship challenges, grief, trauma, workplace stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and other integrative techniques, adapting each session to meet your individual needs.
Individual Counselling
My goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence to live life in a meaningful and fulfilling way. I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore difficult emotions, gain new perspectives, and rediscover your strengths and sense of self. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step!
